The day after Valentine's

It was suppose to be a special day to many out there.
However to me Valentine's day is just like every other day if one love one another each and every single day, there isn't much a different.
Come on, don't tell me that you only love your other half every once a year?
Well, ok...all of us have different perspective on this day..so there's no in particular what's right or wrong...really.

Valentine's day this year was fantabulous in fact.
as the matter of fact i was feeling so bad the past few days..
nevertheless celebrating this Valentine's makes me feel a whole lot better

I realised every year, I celebrate this day with different people. and till today i can never find the right reason for it.
its kinda fun though.

This year, i celebrated with the girls
Candis, Charis, Soofy, Emily, Jo, Suzanna and Amenda...not forgetting her sister, Tiffany and her cousin Sabrina
it was utterly great as we had a girls day all together.
not exactly actually.
i spent my whole Valentine's with Candis, Charis and Suzanna doing some charity sale at KDU college, selling Big Apple's Donut.
then we went back to Candis' to prepare for the evening-Dinner

yea..you read that rite, we prepared dinner for V'day!
we baked lasagna for main course and brownies to go with ice cream for dessert.
we also had french salad for appetizer
and then Amenda came with fried wings and BIG APPLE's Donuts!!!
hehe
for drinks, we had koolei(i think it spells like this...will double check again)
-it's a mixture of fruit punch and and secret stuff to make it-
and it taste like...hmmm..cough mixture..not very nice
the only thing that this drink turn us on is because it is PINK!

we did dress up in dresses and skirts..
and oh-so-sweet Ken Ling burned a cd filled with love and mushy songs for all of us that nite.
it was great yet even better when he dropped it at the Connexion's postbox!
what a surprise for Valentine's...

after dinner, we all sat together and chatted all the way through till we decided to go for a swim in the pool.
swimming was fun!
but not as fun as swimming in my own pool.
cuz Candis' pool is kinda foggy at night which means withough goggles, i barely see anything and it was not in a proper shape, which makes me so much harder to swim laps or whats not because you will never know the distance you swam.
i still prefer swimming in a rectangulared olympic sized pool.
we met Rizal and Wen Wei at the pool as well...hah...not so girls after all.

afterthat, we went back up to shower and had brownies!with vanilla ice cream!!!whoopie:)
brownies was yummilicious...i love it!

thanx Candis and Charis for teaching me make lasagna and brownies...

the night continues with chats and giggles and laughters and all sorts girly..
heh..
had an awesome time
later when all of us havta head back home, we bid each other farewell and set off
Suzanna drove me home..

anyway, once i reached home...i tried calling Tobi and Brittni just so i can talk to them..
and i managed to get thru to them!!
first was Tobi then Brittni
we talked for awhile..
surprisingly, it wasn't at all costy
it's pretty much reasonable for a long distance roaming call.
i'm glad to finally being able to fill them in with everything i could possibly pour and also to wish them a happy Valentine's day!

but seriously, i miss them a whole lot..will be praying hard for both of them to come back together this August!

very well...enough of reading on my Valentine's day..now tell me how's yours?
