*Amsterdam, Holland*

before flying to Amsterdam, i did Penang.
well, Amsterdam was on the 2nd August 2008.
Amsterdam was fun. really fun!

i enjoyed every single bits of it. really.
when i first touch down Amsterdam, the first thing we all did was head immediately to our rooms and SLEEP!!!
then after that, a few of us went out around 2 o'clock in the afternoon for lunch
on the way i snap a number of pictures which may be really random. but me likey!
had our lunch at this Indonesian restaurant
but before that, we had a tea break at MacD's.
and i had MacFlurry!!! and it was yummilicious.really. and healthy too!(:
(ok...not too healthy but still it's healthier than the ones i had back home!)
food here is like costing a bomb larr.
for a plate of nasi padang at the Indonesian restaurant
cost up to like EUR12.90(SGD$28.50,RM66)
okay, i know i should not be complaining but seriously ma,
i don't mind paying alot for good food larr,
but this is like well, ok, not up to my standard.
but nevermind.after lunch we went to do some shopping around for clothes and souvenirs and everything
and enjoy the nice breeze down the Walking Street and the Dam Square.went to visit the sex musuem with the girls.
it's so silly larr..i dun understand what so nice to see all this kinda things.
but its an experience tho.
after that, we continue with buying some groceries back to the hotel for supper and also for breakie the next day(:i bought like an instant lasagnae and a bottle of fresh fruit juice for breakie
and alot and alot of peanut butter to bring back home for the family and the relatives.

went back to the hotel and rest awhile, then went out with Tia
(a new found good girlfriend during the flight, surprisingly we both clicked really well)
for dinner.
had ours at Castel where it is said by all having the best spareRibs you can ever find over Amsterdam! (:
i had spareRibs and the girl had lambChops.
time spent together chilling and chatting about nearly everything
makes everything cost worth while.

and the next thing you know, both of us head back to the hotel
under the drizzling rain, seperated to our own rooms and knocked off right away.

the next morning i woke up really early.
i didnt really have a slumber sleep tho, wake up every 2hours consequently
maybe due to the time differences and my body clock still not so used to it.
anyway, laze around the hotel till around 10 o'clock in the morning,
i went out with Tia looking for breakfast around.after contemplating on what to eat and where, we then settled for a western breakfast with sandwiches in this really cottage-look-alike cafe.we shared a smoked salmon sandwich and i ordered a mix fresh fruit juce.
i love i love the ambience and the mood they have there and also the food...yummy!!!
im getting fatter larr!!
(:after breakie we went to do alil more shopping then to meet up with the rest of the people for lunch.
we had lunch at a Thai Restaurant. Food were better than the Indonesian ones i had the other day.
after lunch we all proceed for more shopping and Tia and I decided to go seperately and we headed to the Red Light District as an eye opener.
people there smoke weeds and drug legally even prostitutions are legal in Amsterdam!
after an exhausting day, we went back to the hotel for a rest.

didn't managed to go sightseeing tho on a few reasons.
firstly cause we hadnt enough people to make it sufficient for them to bring us on a tour,
secondly also caused it was kinda expensive, so we decided to go walk around ourselves instead of going sightseeing
and also because the weather was really unpredictable, this minute its raining and the next is all sunny.
therefore because of that, i didnt manage to visit the tourist attractions.
hotel room was not too bad either, the view was really amazing!(:
and baobei followed along too!
(baobei has been following me to Beijing, Taipei, Auckland, Amsterdam and Perth [forgot to bring baobei to New Delhi tho):])
Amsterdam was really really fun, when you're there, you seriously don't feel like coming back,
but just when you board the plane you definitely wish you can be home soon enuff
whats more, when you really meant HOME!
