*Beijing, China*

on the 9th of July 2008,
my buddy Devi and I had a flight to Beijing, China.
everything was good but we were so worn out that
once we touched down, we headed straight to the hotel room and sleep!

we headed out for lunch after that with some other newly made friends
went shopping at this place called YaShow and gotten myself two shoebags(for a price which is totally not worth it!an experience tho), a piggie torch for a cheap ol' $1 and a disney mickey mouse MP3 1G player for the sista.
then we continue the day with sightseeing at this place which i dunno its name
(i think something to do with Chairman Mao's memorial)
but yea, basically its a big square where people hang out from doing nothing to reading a story book
(under the hawt sun!!!)we also went to the Forbidden City for sightseeing.nothing much in Beijing tho.
and oh ya, baobei followed along too!(:
it was very hazy and surprisingly not many tourist when Olympics is just around the corner..
oh and also something really makes me happy was the yam ice cream they had there
really really REALLY yummy cuz it taste like the real yam and it's cold!
after that, we went for dinner at Duck King* restaurant near our hotel for dinner as we all wanted to try Peking duck.

not too bad tho. but it's a great experience.

having to travel together makes it all worth while.

next flight, Taipei...here we come!!!
